Toddler found 'unrestrained standing up' in speeding 90mph car on M3

Oh dear, a worrying incident on the M3 near Basingstoke this week! A car was spotted travelling at a staggering 90mph, and incredibly, a toddler was found standing up unrestrained inside. Thankfully, action was taken to ensure everyone's safety.
